Bossnana International Empire was founded by Alice Benson on 9 May 2021 (Mother’s Day) with a vision of creating a platform where Kenyan talent could grow, gain recognition, and access opportunities beyond borders.
Inspired by the values of empowerment, creativity, and community, the organization continues to champion artists through entertainment, media, events, and strategic partnerships while connecting local talent with global audiences.
